Job description
What You’ll Do:
Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
Assist in baby gear cleaning (strollers, car seats, etc.) as part of our in-store service
Uphold the PramWash brand with a neat appearance and professional conduct
Manage deliveries and customer collections
Handle POS systems and cashiering duties
Support in-store marketing and promotional activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Perform other retail duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Prior retail experience preferred (training will be provided)
Able to work independently and manage the store solo on weekdays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
Responsible, motivated, and eager to learn
