👋 Join our team and represent Singtel in-store! Looking for friendly, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy helping customers with mobile services.
🔹 Job Scope:
✅ Promote Singtel products & offers
✅ Register Prepaid/Heya SIMs
✅ Assist with top-ups & balance checks
✅ Guide customers on app usage
✅ Support 5G SIM changes
✅ Attend to walk-in customers
✅ Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Customer-oriented & approachable
✔️ Able to use smartphones & apps confidently
✔️ Retail or service experience is a plus
✔️ Able to work retail hours & weekends
✔️ Able to communicate in English and Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers
