  • Ensure customers are served well and recommend them special/promotional menu
  • Serve food and drinks to customer expediently - including clearing of food
  • Responsible for the outlet upkeep and cleanliness
  • Provide timely feedback to the Manager on any operational issues
  • For Barista(s): Dial in espresso, latte art, various methods of coffee brewing and serve other non-coffee beverages

Requirements 

  • 1 year(s) of experience in F&B
  • Positive attitude, friendly, and enjoys interacting with customers
  • A team player who is reliable and willing to learn
  • Able to work part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • For Barista(s): Possess Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate
