Job description:
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Source and engage high-potential candidates through various channels
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Time: 1 day/week (Saturday 9:30am-1PM ~3.5 hrs)
1 hour weekly check-in
Initial 20 hours of ad-hoc training (Zoom or in-person)
Rate: $15/hr
