Join Tea Chapter, a heritage teahouse located in a restored URA model shophouse at 9 Neil Road, and be part of a passionate team preserving Chinese tea culture. This hybrid role combines tea instruction and F&B service, offering guests an immersive experience in both traditional tea appreciation and modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

🍵 Tea Instruction & Cultural Education

• Lead tea appreciation sessions, guided tastings, and mindfulness-infused brewing experiences
• Present and demonstrate Gongfu tea ceremonies in both English and Mandarin
• Educate guests about tea origins, brewing techniques, and Chinese tea culture
• Support special programs for schools, corporates, and tourists

🍽️ F&B Operations (Tea House Dining Area)

• Serve traditional tea pairings and light refreshments with attentiveness and grace
• Uphold hygiene and service standards aligned with Singapore F&B regulations
• Prepare and serve various tea-based beverages and plated items
• Coordinate smooth service during high-volume dining hours

🏛️ Brand & Heritage Representation

• Share the historical and cultural significance of our 9 Neil Road location
• Represent Tea Chapter at external events, collaborations, or media engagements
• Participate in team briefings, product trainings, and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Interest in tea culture and traditional F&B service
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (speaking and basic writing)
• Warm, professional, and confident in front of guests
• Comfortable with standing and multitasking in a service environment
• Open to weekend and public holiday shifts
