- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) only
- Minimum age: 21 years and above
- Hourly wage with commission-based incentives
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote insurance products such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with potential clients, either in-person or virtually.
Follow-Up:
Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to nurture interest and answer basic questions about policy options.

Performance Targets:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
