Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Promote and explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers over the phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, and other automotive clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads.
Maintain an accurate record of calls, prospects, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and follow-up calls.
