Location: Changi Exhibition Centre/Changi Naval Base
Date: 4 to 8 May 2025
Working Hours: up to 12 hour shifts
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Training Dates (MANDATORY): 30 April & 2 May

Key Responsibilities

1.  Traffic Officer + Crowd Control 🚦

• Direct Vehicle & Pedestrian Flow – Keep things moving and avoid congestion 
• Enforce Safety Protocols – Safely guide vehicles and pedestrians to designated zones 
• Communicate with Drivers & Attendees – Give clear, helpful instructions 
• Respond to On-Site Situations – Act quickly in case of incidents or emergencies 
• Assist with Event Logistics – Support parking plans and manage entry/exit points 

2. Usher Duties (Formal Attire)

• Guest Assistance – Welcome guests and help them find their seats or areas 
• Crowd Control – Manage queues and maintain steady flow of foot traffic 
• Event Information – Share event schedules and answer general questions 
• Setup & Coordination – Help with pre-event setup and post-event teardown 
• Safety & Compliance – Make sure guests follow venue rules and emergency protocols

• Excellent communication and people skills
• This role requires you to stand for long hours and move around
• Able to commit full dates
