About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse assistant to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing end-to-end logistics processes, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Daily Operations & Fulfillment

• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage B2B orders via our website and B2C orders across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Qoo10, and our own site.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves daily and ensure items are neatly organized.
• Label products with correct information and quantities.
• Coordinate with courier and freight forwarding services to ensure timely deliveries.
• Update delivery statuses in the company’s system.
• Generate and issue invoices for all orders.

🔹 Event Support

• Assist in roadshows, fairs, and other promotional events as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic inventory and order management systems.
