Job description

Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Support enrolment and engage with parents/customers.
  • Handle fee collection and follow-up.
  • Answer phone calls and attend to enquiries professionally.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper records.
  • Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist with registration, waiting list, and daily centre operations.
  • Support smooth daily admin operations.
  • Manage correspondence and filing.
  • Maintain reception and office areas.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors.
  • Handle petty cash claims.

Communication

  • Communicate with parents on enrolment, fees, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
  • Personal Development

  • Attend relevant training and workshops when required.

Others

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
