Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide routine infant care
• Conduct engaging activities for infants
• Develop thoughtful lesson plans
• Complete developmental checklists and maintain portfolios
• Build collaborative relationships and partnerships with center staff and the families we serve
• Manage family and community programs, supporting our commitment to giving back to the community
• Perform routine caregiving, continually seeking improvements to enhance quality and service

Requirement

• Registered with ECDA and holds EY1 / EY2 / Infant certification.
• Possesses one of the following qualifications: Professional Certificate in Infant Care (PCIC), WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), or an equivalent certification recognized by ECDA.
