Position: Service Crew (F&B Waiter / FOH)
Work Location: Goodwood Park Hotel 

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Service Crew. As part of the Front of House (FOH) team, you will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
• Process payments and operate POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
