⏰ Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

🏢 Job Scope:
🖋️ Answer phone calls to assist customers with sales enquiries
🖋️ Reply emails to handle and assist customers
🖋️ Prepare quotations
🖋️ Check and verify customer online registration
🖋️ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

📜 Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to speak fluently in English
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
