Part Time: $12-$15/h
Work Location: Toa Payoh HDB Hub
Working Hours: 1-2 days per week in office, flexible working hours (ad hoc)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage personal branding and social media strategies to drive business growth
Handling and managing business projects (e.g. AI business integration, book writing)
Assist in event management (e.g. liaise for client appreciation event)
Assist in recruitment for the team and talent acquisition outreach
Social media marketing, generating ideas and editing videos to be posted on platforms like Instagram and TikTok etc.
Requirements:
Min./Ongoing Diploma/Degree (Business Admin/Marketing would be an advantage)
Undergraduate grads are welcome to apply
Needs to be prompt and responsive
Willing to attend to urgent tasks occasionally beyond working hours
1-2 years of experience in marketing or management will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, LinkedIn
Preferably Proficient in Media Design, Social Media Management, Video Editing
Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
