Jobscope:
- Approach commuters and encourage them to scan a QR code to complete a 30-question MCQ survey
- Assist SMRT staff in conducting customer satisfaction surveys during the survey period
 

Requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin speaker
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in market research or customer service is a plus.
- Must be comfortable approaching strangers
