• 5 working days, 8am to 6pm

Our Client, a well-established bakery brand known for its premium cakes, pastries, and desserts, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Pastry Production Crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings

• Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safely standard and procedures

• Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature

• Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen

• Any ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year experience as a Kitchen Assistant

• Able to stand long hours and work in chilled room temperature (15 degrees)

• Team player, positive and passionate about confectionaries

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location                                 : Chin Bee Drive

• Working Days/Hours              : 5 working days, 8am to 6pm (including weekends)

• Salary                                     : Up till $2300 + Variable Bonus
