Admin and Customer Service Officer
Location: Redhill, Lengkok Bahru
Working hours: Mon to Thurs – 8am to 5.30pm, Fri – 8am to 5pm
Contract: 3+9 months
Salary: $2,760 - $2,900

Job Scope

• Addressing members of public queries over the phone and via emails
• Attending to walk-in clients
• Providing administrative support to the quality service team as needed
• Any other duties assigned by the Quality Service Manager

 Requirements

• Singaporean
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems
• Organised with good time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Passionate about serving the community
