Job description

Location: Loyang, Singapore

Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week (Mon–Fri, Half Day Sat)

Industry: Transport

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin and clerical support.

  • Handle data entry, filing, delivery documents, and reports.

  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

  • Manage office supplies and support basic HR/admin tasks.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year of admin experience preferred, ideally in transport/logistics.

  • Proficient in MS Office, good communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsible and able to work independently
