Job description

Working Hours:
5 Days (Mon–Fri, 9:00am to 6:00pm)

Remuneration:

  • Basic up to S$2,500 (commensurate with experience)
  • Payable OT allowances
  • Medical coverage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase equipment, spare parts, and materials (e.g., for steel fabrications and installations)
  • Source and liaise with contractors for required services
  • Obtain quotations and prepare purchase orders
  • Check invoices and delivery orders prior to submission for HOD approval
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of relevant information
  • Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in the MRP system

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Knowledge in material sourcing, preferably in the metalwork fabrication industry (other industries welcome to apply)
  • Preferably able to operate MRP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong negotiation skills will be an added advantage
