With over 17 years of expertise, Vocalise prides ourselves to work with exceptional and talented musicians from diverse music genres like Pop, Rock, and Jazz, as well as dynamic DJ collectives.

About the Role:

As a member of the Artiste team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in managing artiste booking & scheduling, and sales proposals. 

Main Responsibilities:

• On-boarding & working with musicians in our roster. 
• ⁠Liaise with clients on our regular projects. 
• ⁠Propose suitable artistes for enquiries that come in.
• ⁠Assist with pre-event preparation - confirming set list with client, arranging rehearsals, etc 
• ⁠Booking and scheduling of musicians for confirmed events. 
• ⁠Working with Events Team on pre-event preparation & post-event follow up.
• ⁠Cultivate and maintain good working relationship with artistes and clients. 

Other areas: 

• Onsite Event Assistance when required. 
• Any other duties/tasks assigned by the Company Director or Department Leads. 

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR
• ⁠Knowledge/Interest in classical music is a plus. 
• ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ⁠Good interpersonal skills.
• ⁠A good, reliable and responsible team player.
• ⁠Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• ⁠Strong desire to learn and grow.
• ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for various events when needed.
• ⁠Diploma/Degree in Music/Music Production, Arts Management, Communications or Public Relations preferred.
• ⁠Applicants with experience in events and knowledge of music are preferred. 
• ⁠Fresh graduates welcomed to apply.

Duration: 

• 5 months internship period before confirmation to full-time if found suitable

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri, office hours
• Nights and weekends for various events when scheduled
