Bank Service Ambassador

Location: NTU

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 4.30PM

Commitment Level: Minimally 4 Days per Week

Salary: $12/hr

Job Description:

• Customer Service & Service Ambassador
• Assist walk in customers for any banking enquiries, as well as assisting customers for sign up of bank account
• $5 per successful referral sign up
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by manager

Social Media
• To drive content creation on IG/Tiktok during the start of campaign period for followers’ engagement on FRANK’s social media platform

Prefer young candidates or students studying while able to work part time
