Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support and manage both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support needs
- Doing up excel summaries (Data Entry)
- Oversee daily email correspondence by prioritizing messages, drafting responses, and ensuring timely replies and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties and personal errands
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma
- 21 years old and above
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and Google
- Good knowledge with Canva or Photoshop
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
