Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch support to clients via phone, Zoom, and Teams
Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
Manage pre-event, event day, and post-event activities
Coordinate logistics, procurement, and catering for physical events
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Support our sales team in driving business growth
Promote events on social media platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Facebook)
Requirements:
Diploma or degree holder
Corporate events management experience (a plus!)
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, energetic personality
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Canva and EDM design
