Location: North East, Singapore
Job Type: 6-Month Contract
Working Hours: 5 Days (Office Hours)
Department: Service Centre Support

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accurate information.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
