Key Responsibilities

  • Support survey completion (online/manual) and conduct field visits when needed.
  • Enter, track, and maintain accurate data and progress records.
  • Collaborate with team to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Handle respondent queries/objections professionally.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
  • Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
