• Educational Background: Must hold a Higher Nitec in one of the following fields:

  • Business Administration / Service Management

  • Passenger Services / Event Management / Hospitality Operations (Tourism)

  • Human Resource & Administration

• Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher (candidates with strong CCA records or leadership experience are highly encouraged).

• Aspirations: A clear desire to transition into the financial services industry (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or FinTech).

• Nationality: Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
