Job description

Event coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events such as corporate events, conference and more. To work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the event, then manage all aspects, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendors (like caterers, decorators, and entertainment), timelines, and guest lists. Event coordinators ensure that everything runs smoothly and on schedule, handling any challenges or issues that may arise on the day of the event.

 

Requirements:

* 21 years old and above

* Singaporean / PR 

* Fresh grads are welcome

* Ability to work independently

* Confident and effective communicator
