Role Focus

What You’ll Do

You will play an active role in delivering seamless, well-coordinated event experiences:

• Manage guest registration, welcoming, and on-site coordination
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistics execution
• Coordinate program flow (timing cues, transitions, stage support)
• Optional: support basic content capture (photos and short clips)
