Role Focus

What You’ll Do
Manage guest registration, welcoming, and on-site coordination professionally
Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management
Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical coordination
Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and stage support during live events
Ensure smooth operational execution while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure
Optional: assist with basic event content capture, including photography and short-form video content
