Role Focus

What You’ll Do

• Manage guest registration, check-in, and professional welcoming of attendees
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow coordination
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical preparation
• Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and on-site execution support
• Maintain composure and ensure smooth operations during live event conditions
• (Optional) Support basic content capture, including photography and short-form video during events
