Events Assistant | Summer Events Crew (Post-Exams Intake) | Live Operations & Event Execution

Role Focus

This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to live event operations, coordination, and execution in fast-moving, real-world environments.

The focus is on building operational discipline, situational awareness, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively and confidently during live event execution.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage guest registration, check-in, and professional attendee welcoming
  • Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd flow management
  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistical preparation
  • Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and live operational support
  • Maintain professionalism, composure, and attentiveness during live event conditions
  • (Optional) Support basic event content capture, including photography and short-form video
