Job description

Finance Intern | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Financial Literacy, Mentorship & Professional Development

We are a high-performing team within the financial services sector, operating on disciplined advisory principles, structured thinking, and a long-term focus on client outcomes. Our culture is defined by professionalism, accountability, and continuous development, where individuals are expected to think critically, communicate effectively, and take full ownership of their work.

Interns are integrated into real, meaningful workflows rather than observational tasks. They are given structured guidance, hands-on exposure, and progressive responsibility within a fast-paced, development-focused environment that prioritises learning depth, execution quality, and professional standards.

We value individuals who are committed to growth, open to feedback, and intentional about building strong foundations in both financial knowledge and professional capability.

Role Focus

A structured internship aimed at developing strong financial literacy, professional thinking, and practical industry exposure for individuals interested in long-term progression within financial services.

What You’ll Do

  • Support operational workflows including preparation, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Participate in structured training sessions, market briefings, and development workshops
  • Assist with research tasks, insight compilation, and preparation of structured materials or presentations
  • Provide support in administrative and operational coordination across active cases and internal processes
  • Gain exposure to full workflow cycles from initial planning through execution and review
  • Take part in guided reflection and mentorship sessions to track learning progress

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical understanding of financial literacy including cash flow, protection, and investment fundamentals
  • Exposure to real-world financial decision-making and advisory processes
  • Clarity on industry pathways, certifications, and long-term career progression
  • Development of core professional skills such as structured thinking, communication, accountability, and discipline
  • Direct mentorship and constructive feedback from experienced practitioners
  • Substantive, resume-valuable experience in a structured, high-performance environment

Who We Want

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and serious about long-term development.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Reliable, consistent, and accountable in their responsibilities
  • Open to feedback and able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Genuinely interested in financial literacy, markets, or long-term financial planning
  • Clear and professional communicators
  • Self-driven with strong initiative and learning agility
  • Seeking meaningful exposure and development over routine internship experience

Limited intake — applications will close once positions are filled.
