Our agency is currently searching for a highly analytical, trust-worthy and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team. If you’re a hard-working and sales-minded professional with a passion to be a Financial Consultant, then we’re interested in you. Your chief goal as Financial Consultant will be to generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships. 

Your work will include maintaining records and assist customers in insurance claims process. In addition to having excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Assist customers in insurance claims process.
  • Recommend solutions to fit clients’ personal risk profile and meet their financial goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
  • Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction.
  • Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
  • Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
     

Requirements:

  • Full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent. *Degree holders are preferred.
  • At least 21 years old. This is a regulatory requirement.
  • Personable, sincere, strong integrity & determination
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Required to attain CMFAS certifications M5, M9, M9A and HI. Prudential will provide the necessary training and guidance for you.
