Freelance Enrichment Trainers (Speech & Drama / Art / Music)

Absolute Minds

• Classes are islandwide (Freelancers can make known their preferred areas)

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Speech & Drama, Art, or Music enrichment lessons at preschools and kindergartens islandwide
• Deliver lessons according to Absolute Minds’ curriculum and training standards (lesson plans and props provided)
• Create a fun, safe, and creative classroom environment that encourages expression, imagination, and confidence
• Monitor and support students’ learning progress during classes
• Prepare children for class showcases, school events, or year-end performances where applicable
• Create monthly class highlights using Canva (template provided)
• Communicate effectively with Absolute Minds’ team for scheduling, lesson feedback, and updates

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in a related field (Speech & Drama, Applied Theatre, Arts Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Music Education, Early Childhood, or equivalent)
• Passionate about teaching young children (ages 3–6)
• Energetic, cheerful, and able to engage children with creativity and warmth
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in lesson delivery
• Comfortable using Canva for simple monthly
• Able to commit to weekly lessons for at least 6 months
