Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Expense Management
Handle daily data entry of company expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy record retrieval.
Sales Admin Support
Assist with delivery-related and self-collection order-taking through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Process these orders efficiently, coordinate with relevant departments, and maintain order records.
Facilities & Maintenance Oversight
Monitor and uphold maintenance schedules for restaurant, event hall, and office spaces.
Ensure that services from vendors—like cleaning, equipment repairs, or catering—are properly executed.
Office & Inventory Management
Order and maintain office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Admin, or related fields; 1-2 years’ experience preferred, especially in F&B or hospitality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills like pivot tables, v‑lookup) and accounting (XERO)
Strong organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail; ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments
