Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our finance team on a 6-month contract basis, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will assist the current account staff in various administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and checking petty cash claims
- Record and file data/information accurately
- Upload finalized documents into the company system
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Requirements
- Experience in accounting or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
