🔹Title: Guest Service Officer (Bell Staff)
🔹Location: Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre Hotel 
🔹Working hours: 12 hour rotating shifts (including break time)
🔹Salary Range: $2800 to $3000/ Monthly (excluding tips)

JOB SCOPE
☑️ Greet and welcome guests at entrance
☑️ Take charge of and ensure the seamless delivery of baggage and items throughout guests' stay.
☑️ Manage transportation needs for individual guests and groups.
☑️ Offer information and directional assistance to guests.
☑️ Maintain control of traffic flow at the front driveway.
☑️ Maintain safety and hygiene standards in work areas.
☑️ Demonstrate familiarity with all hotel emergency procedures.
☑️ Communicate with Front Office staff on duty regarding arrivals and departures.
☑️ Proactively anticipate guest needs and requests, aiming to create memorable experiences through personalized service.
☑️ Ad hoc delivery of items to guest rooms.
