Gym Receptionist – Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Gym Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members. You will greet guests, manage memberships, answer inquiries, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with general administrative tasks and member support
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking systems)
Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability
