Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, updating candidate trackers, posting job ads).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and organize HR records and documentation.
Assist in planning HR-related events, trainings, and engagement activities.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
Handle general administrative duties assigned by the HR team.
