Job Scope:

• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain how the product will solve a customer's problem 
• Provide technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support 
• Assist with the technical aspects of contract negotiations 
• Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in IT related field
• 2-years of working experience (account management/servicing)
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Positive mind-set, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity
