Position: Service Crew (Day/Night Shift)
Work Type: Full-Time (44 hours/week, 6 days work week)
Location: Singapore

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service for an enjoyable guest experience.

• Answer phone calls for reservations and enquiries.

• Greet and direct guests to their designated rooms.

• Record, serve, and input food & beverage orders into POS system.

• Assist with basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

• Uphold neat and tidy grooming standards.

• Handle alcoholic beverages when required.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 10am–8pm / 11am–9pm / 12pm–10pm

• Night Shift: 4.30pm–1.30am / 6.30pm–3.30am

• 6 days per week, 44 hours + minimum 4 hours OT weekly

• Candidates can choose either Day or Night shift, but must be comfortable with all shift timings.
