Job description
Assist in preparing and cooking Western-style dishes according to recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients.
Operate kitchen equipment safely.
Assist in stock checks, receiving, and storing supplies.
Follow food safety and handling guidelines.
Requirements:
Prior kitchen or F&B experience preferred (Western cuisine experience is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
