Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients and partners through various channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Coordinate and attend meetings, calls, or networking events to promote company offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing
Track, report, and analyse sales activities and business growth metrics
Contribute to marketing and branding strategies to support business development
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in engaging with clients and presenting solutions
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation platforms, or digital outreach tools is a plus
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is an advantage
