Management trainee - 

Singaporean or SPR only.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our financial services team. This role is designed to groom high-potential individuals into future leaders through a structured training and development program.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Participate in a structured training program covering the major functions of the financial services business
    •    Support the development of customer service strategies
    •    Contribute to sales production and client relationship management
    •    Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
    •    Prepare reports and presentations for customers
    •    Complete assigned tasks and assessments to track progress and development

Qualifications:

    •    21 years old and above 
       •     Singaporean or Permanent Resident
       •     Diploma or A level certificate (Minimum Educational Level)
    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    •    Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
    

Career Path:
Upon successful completion of the training program and meeting the KPIs of the role, the candidate will be offered a leadership role.
