Full-Time Marketing Executive

Concrete Concepts is looking for a creative and confident Marketing Executive to join our team.
We’re an interior design firm specializing in commercial spaces — including F&B, retail, gyms, and medical labs — and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our brand presence both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads to drive engagement and leads

• Develop creative campaign strategies aligned with company goals

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, and posts) to showcase our projects and company culture

• Be comfortable appearing in social media videos (e.g. behind-the-scenes, walkthroughs, interviews, etc.)

• Track performance and report on campaign results

• Support other marketing initiatives when needed

Requirements:

• Confident on camera and comfortable creating social content

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization

• Strong sense of creativity and storytelling

• Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus

• Independent, proactive, and a team player
