Learning Curve is dedicated to helping F&B, beauty, and retail brands enhance their customer experience through deep market insights. Our research tool is Mystery Shopping where clients receive detailed reports from our Mystery Shopper teams about their experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented freelance Mystery Shoppers to anonymously experience our clients’ brands and provide professional, objective feedback. This is a highly flexible, project-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy observing, writing, and earning extra income in their spare time.

What You Will Do

1. Visit assigned locations (restaurants, retail stores, beauty counters) as a customer and discreetly evaluate service quality.
2. Spend 5-20 minutes observing store environment, staff attitude, product, and overall service flow according to project guidelines.
3. Submit a detailed online report within 24 hours of each visit.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Candidates living in Singapore and aged 18 or above.
2. Candidates with existing airport restricted area access to visit our clients stores inside Changi Airport.
3. Sharp observational skills and an eye for service details.
4. Strong writing skills, able to turn experiences into clear reports.
5. High integrity and reliability, with strict respect for confidentiality and deadlines.

Compensation & Work Style

1. Project-based pay, with fees varying by project complexity and assignment type (clearly stated before you accept each task).
2. Choose the assignments that match your interests and location tasks are shared via WhatsApp and email.
3. Fully flexible, non-fixed hours – suitable for side-giggers, students, or professionals seeking a freelance opportunity.
