Responsibilities:
Assist the Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef in kitchen tasks. Prepare and cook food as per the assigned menu. Sort, store, and distribute ingredients with care. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the highest standard in the kitchen. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the superior. Ensure the kitchen remains organized and ready for action! Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (No experience? No worries – we’ll provide OJT culinary training!). Passionate about food, hygiene, and teamwork. 2. Kitchen Assistant Gross Salary: $2,360 ($2,155 + $25 Flexi Benefits + $180 AWS Allowances)
Responsibilities:
Set up food prep areas and ensure cleanliness before operation. Organize, label, sort, and pack ingredients with precision. Cut, marinate, and prepare raw food as per standards. Assist with portioning and assembling cooked or processed food. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. Be ready to pitch in with any additional tasks as needed! Requirements:
