Job description
Taking orders through the cash registry at restaurant / cafe
Processing food orders through the bistro counter.
Assisting with the preparation of meal ingredients and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
Provide support in cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas according to hygiene standards.
Assisting with unloading of delivered food supplies and check for stock inventory and ensure accuracy of inventories.
Practicing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) in all products to ensure freshness and quality of food.
Adhering to operating procedures and contributing to high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) with conformance to Food, Safety and Hygiene practices.
Supporting store operations and contribute to the Functional Commercial Review Standards.
You are motivated, responsible, and have strong time management skills.
You are a strong team player who is also able to work independently.
You are able to withstand prolonged hours of standing and work in a fast-paced food environment.
You can commit to working on AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Min able to commit for 20 or 30 hours per week, including weekend and PH
Food Hygience Cert is a must to have!
