Job Description:

·       Assist with overall daily store operations and drive positive customer experience.

·       Ensure accurate cash and payment processing of in-store and online delivery orders while maintaining the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

·       Stay informed on menu items and promotions to help drive sales.

·       Package and serve açaí neatly and safely for in-store and online delivery orders.

·       Assist in managing inventory levels and oversee stock control where applicable.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop, equipment, and dining areas.

·       Maintain full compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For:

·       No experience required (although some experience with food service or retail space would be ideal).

·       Able to adapt to different roles (serving, cashier, cleaning).
