✨ What You’ll Be Doing

📱 Social Media & Content Creation

• Brainstorm and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Reels and other social platforms

• Film, edit and produce short-form videos, posts and educational content

• Keep up with current trends, content formats and social media ideas

• Develop creative campaigns to improve views, engagement and follower growth

• Help manage and grow our social media presence

• Create relatable content around lifestyle, career, personal finance and financial wellness

• Assist in creating guides, checklists, templates and other lead-generating content

• Track content performance and identify what type of content performs best

💼 Finance Associate Exposure

• Learn the basics of financial planning, wealth accumulation, protection and retirement planning

• Understand how a Financial Consultant works with clients and conducts financial reviews

• Assist with preparing educational materials, presentations and content for client engagement

• Learn how to communicate financial concepts in a simple and relatable manner

• Support outreach, lead generation and basic client engagement activities

• Gain exposure to how financial advisory, sales, marketing and relationship-building work together

• Where applicable, candidates may receive further training and development for a deeper role within the financial advisory industry

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Creative and active on social media

• Comfortable with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, CapCut or Canva

• Interested in content creation, marketing, business or finance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn and interact with people

• Able to work independently and contribute new ideas

• Comfortable being on camera is a bonus, but not compulsory

• No extensive finance experience required — training will be provided
